Notes
The notes page is the essential page of a Second Brain system. You can quickly jot down the notes, write down key takeaways, and list further action items. The notes page area is divided into sections. The note toolbar section allows you to use Notion buttons to quickly modify notes or navigate within the system. The connection hub section provides an overview of the linked Projects, Areas, or Resources to the note.

Inbox
The Inbox section is the staging/waiting area of the Second Brain system. As soon as you add a new Note, Project, Task, or Area into the system a new item will be ready for further processing during Weekly review or as needed.

Projects & Tasks
The Projects section helps have an overview of the project's progress, status, and priority. The Tasks section provides useful info about action items waiting for our attention and provides an overview of the task's do dates, status, priority, and much more.

Areas
The dedicated Areas dashboard gives us the Areas' progress and status within the Second Brain system. The area is a part of the PARA methodology (Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archive) to organize your notes while building the Second Brain.

Resources & Intermediate Packets
The Resources are the third part of the PARA (Project, Area, Resource, and Archive) methodology. These are the future reference materials that we might need. The most often-used notes become cornerstone notes of ours and we can use them to build reusable building blocks "Legos" or Intermediate Packtes as called in the Second Bran terminology.

Archive
Archiving is one of the crucial steps that helps us unclutter our working area so we can focus on the most current projects, tasks, resources, and notes.

Weekly & Monthly Reviews
Weekly Review is one of the essential habits for the maintenance of our Second Brain system. This routine reminds us to clear inboxes, prioritize tasks, and organize notes so we keep in check and balance our system and work. Monthly Review reminds us to reflect on goals, update projects, and reprioritize.
